SAUNDERS, Judge.

An eighteen-wheeler collided with a bus transporting handicapped students it sought to pass on I-10 East between Lafayette and Crowley, Louisiana. Suits were filed by the driver and a passenger of the bus. The jury found the driver of the truck 100% liable for the accident.

Only quantum issues have been appealed. The bus driver-owner argues that the jury's failure to award any property damages for the repairs of his school bus and failure...
