This appeal arises from an action for nullity filed on behalf of Brad Edelman, plaintiff/appellant, with the Office of Worker's Compensation (OWC). The defendant/employer/appellee, New Orleans Saints, filed an exception of prescription which was sustained by the hearing officer. Edelman now appeals the dismissal of the action. We reverse and remand.
