Appellant, Raymond L. Richardson ("defendant"), appeals from the judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County.

Defendant was convicted of arson in the second degree, RSMo § 569.050 (1994), and was sentenced to five years imprisonment and assessed a $5,000 fine. We affirm.
