This is an original habeas corpus proceeding. Relator, William Danny Wagner, seeks relief from a contempt and commitment order entered by the 309th Judicial District on January 10, 1995, in cause number 91-04642. We granted relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus on January 11, 1995, and ordered him released on bond pending our determination on the merits.
