Eddie Parker (appellee) sued Constable Rick Richardson and Deputy Constable Terry Maitland (appellants) for conversion and also sought a declaratory judgment that his landlord's lien was superior to a judgment upon which execution was sought. Appellants moved for summary judgment on the grounds of derivative judicial immunity, official immunity, and immunity pursuant to section 7.003 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code...
