This appeal was perfected by 46933, Inc., Joseph Zinser, and Norwood Band from a final declaratory judgment incorporating a summary judgment, the effect of which denied all relief to the corporation and declared that Z & B Enterprises, Inc., North Texas Aero, Inc., William Rucker, and Zena Rucker, properly received and retained escrow funds, and awarded the Ruckers recovery of attorney's fees from 46933, Inc., Zinser, and Band.
