Appellant was convicted of two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and sentenced to 10 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He argues that the conviction is void as the information was brought in the name of the deputy prosecuting attorney, that certain testimony was inadmissible hearsay, and that a facsimile copy of a crime lab report was inadmissible. We find no error and affirm.
