KINKEADE, Justice.

Cesar Maurice Rocha appeals his conviction for attempted murder. In three points of error, Rocha generally contends: (1) there was insufficient evidence to support the trial court's granting of the State's motion to adjudicate; and (2) he is entitled to appeal the trial court's determination to proceed with adjudication under the provisions of the Texas and United States Constitutions governing equal protection.
