W.V. Grant Evangelistic Association, Inc. appeals from an order of dismissal in an ad valorem tax case in favor of Dallas Central Appraisal District (the Appraisal District). In five points of error, appellant contends the trial court erred in upholding the constitutionality of section 42.08 of the Texas Property Tax Code.
