Gerard and Kathleen Hennessey (Hennesseys) bring three points of error challenging a take-nothing summary judgment rendered in favor of appellees Vanguard Insurance Company (Vanguard), Republic Insurance Company (Republic), and Winterthur Reinsurance Corporation of America (Winterthur).
