The appellant, Theodory Julius Hemphill, was convicted of distribution of crack cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-211, Ala.Code 1975. His two-year sentence was suspended, but he was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment pursuant to §§ 13A-12-250 and -270, Ala. Code 1975. He raises three issues.
