PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from a judgment awarding the balance owed under a promissory note after the foreclosure sale of an apartment complex. The trial court rendered judgment in the plaintiff's favor for the deficiency balance. The court of appeals affirmed. ___ S.W.2d ___. We reverse the judgment, and remand to the court of appeals for it to review the defendant's points of error that it mistakenly failed to address.
