OPINION

WALKER, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the felony offense of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. A jury found appellant guilty of the said offense. Thereafter, appellant pleaded "true" to habitual offender enhancement allegations and was sentenced by the jury to sixty-five (65) years' confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
