James Michael Stinson pleaded guilty to the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, cocaine, and was sentenced to seven years' incarceration. This sentence included a five-year enhancement, pursuant to § 13A-12-250, Ala.Code 1975, because the sale occurred within a three-mile radius of a school.
