Appellants, personal representatives of the estate of George Herbert Jackson, appeal the probate court's order of conveyance in favor of appellees. Appellants claim a writing signed by George Jackson purporting to sell seventy-nine acres, reserve approximately one acre, and sell machinery is unenforceable because the agreement does not sufficiently describe the property as required by WYO. STAT. § 1-23-105 (1988), the statute of frauds...
