William LaBier, personally and as the father and next friend of Joseph M. LaBier, appeals from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) in favor of Monique Pelletier. Joseph was injured when the bicycle he was riding was hit by a car driven by Pelletier. LaBier argues that the court erred in instructing the jury that the negligence of Nyla LaBier, Joseph's mother, should be imputed to her son...
