Wiley E. Jones appeals from the judgment affirming the Commissioner's denial of Jones's claim for disability benefits under the Social Security Act. Because it is impossible to tell whether the decision of the administrative law judge (ALJ) is supported by substantial evidence, we remand for an evaluation of retrospective medical diagnoses in the record and for any further proceedings deemed necessary...
