Appellant was charged with the offense of unlawfully carrying a handgun. Tex.Penal Code Ann. § 46.02 (Vernon 1989).1 After the trial court denied his Motion to Suppress, appellant pled guilty and the trial court sentenced him to four days in jail and assessed a $400 fine.
