This case involves a dispute between Mildred Self and Elizabeth Self, both wives of Alex Self, now deceased, over which one is entitled to receive widow's benefits from the Veterans Administration. The chancellor decided in favor of Mildred. Elizabeth appealed to the court of appeals. The court of appeals, by a tie vote, affirmed en banc. Self v. Self, 46 Ark.App. 250
