Don Quigley appeal the district court's ruling that they are not entitled to their share of proceeds from a well until defendant Pioneer Oil and Gas Company has recovered 300% of the cost of drilling the well that is chargeable to their interest. The issues before this Court are whether Pease and Quigley ratified and joined the agreements governing drilling and operation of the well...
