An inquiry panel of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee approved a conditional admission of misconduct executed by the respondent and the assistant disciplinary counsel, C.R.C.P. 241.18, and recommended that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for one year and one day and, as a condition of reinstatement, be required to satisfy a malpractice judgment against him.
