Appellant, Alex Murillo, appeals from an order granting summary judgment to appellee, Valley Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Austin Coca-Cola Bottling Company, Great Western Coca-Cola Bottling Company, and Coca-Cola Bottling Enterprises (herein "Coca-Cola").
