Raymond Massey (claimant) appeals from a decision by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (Commission) denying his claim for permanent total disability. On appeal, claimant contends the Commission erred in finding he was not totally disabled because the uncontroverted evidence established he was unemployable on the open labor market.
