In February 1994, defendant, Susie J. Ferrell, pleaded guilty to aggravated battery of a child (720 ILCS 5/12-4.3 (West 1992)). In April 1994, the trial court sentenced her to 3 months in jail and 48 months' probation, subject to various conditions, including that she not engage in any activity with the reasonable potential of causing pregnancy.
