After a marriage of some twenty-two years, Robert and Karen Wainwright were granted a divorce on November 4, 1992, following a contested trial in the superior court. Each appeals from various aspects of the court's order dividing their property. The main dispute involves the court's decision to retain jurisdiction until December of 1999...
