On June 26, 1991, the Disciplinary Commission filed an amended verified complaint for disciplinary action charging Respondent William Drozda with ten counts of lawyer misconduct. On September 24, 1991, the Commission and Respondent agreed to Respondent's suspension from the practice of law pending final outcome of this matter.
