Raymond Robins and Joan Robins (appellants) challenge a final judgment which, among other things, precluded them from running a bed and breakfast on their property in the Highlands Subdivision (Highlands). The underlying issue is whether the restrictive covenants on the property support the limitations placed upon the use of the property in the trial court's final judgment.
