HENNESSY, J.

This is an appeal by the plaintiffs, Cecelia Gasparri and Eugene Gasparri, from the trial court's judgment reassessing damages against the defendant department of transportation in a condemnation action. The plaintiffs claim that the trial court (1) applied an improper standard to arrive at its valuation of the property, and (2) reached a determination of damages that was not supported by the evidence. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
