GPAC, Inc., assignee of United States Patent No. 4,604,111 (the '111 patent), appeals the decision of the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences (Board) dated January 26, 1993 affirming the examiner's final rejection of claims 1-43, in a second reexamination of the '111 patent, for obviousness under 35 U.S.C. § 103 (1988).
