PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from a denial of a motion for a new trial in an age discrimination suit. After serving as a detective for fifteen years, Pat Liston (Liston), along with six other detectives, was demoted to patrol officer in July 1984 by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD).
