Houston Frank Ford Jr., the appellant, was convicted for possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, in violation of 13A-12-212, Ala.Code 1975, and for resisting arrest, in violation of 13A-10-41, Ala.Code 1975. These convictions must be reversed.
