This case comes before us on a petition for certiorari filed by Joseph DeAngelis (petitioner) which seeks review of a decision of the Rhode Island Ethics Commission (commission) denying his motion to dismiss complaints that had been filed with the commission and upon which findings of probable cause had been made.
