This action is before the court on defendants' motion for summary judgment. For the following reasons, defendants' motion shall be granted.

Before plaintiff Candace Grover was born in 1953, her mother ingested the prescription drug Diethylstilbestrol (DES), a synthetic estrogen used to treat cancer and prevent miscarriages. Mrs. Grover, however, did not know until 1975 that she had been exposed in utero...
