GRANT, Justice.

The State of Texas appeals from a judgment that Kris Owens was not the father of Lorraine O. Latty's child on the basis that the paternity testing results, the pleadings, exhibits, and affidavits were excluded by the trial court. The State contends that (1) the trial court did not have plenary power to sign a second order on December 9, 1993, 135 days after an initial judgment had been signed, (2) the trial court erred in excluding...
