Plaintiffs, comprised of 76 investors, appeal the trial court's orders dismissing their complaint with prejudice pursuant to section 2-615 of the Code of Civil Procedure (735 ILCS 5/2-615 (West 1992)). Defendants, The Balcor Company (Balcor) and Charles Walsh (Walsh), solicited more than $15,500,000 from plaintiffs to purchase ownership shares in 13 real estate limited partnerships.
