In February 1994, Frank W. Denton and Shirley W. Denton filed a complaint against several corporations and fictitious defendants, seeking damages for breach of warranty and loss of consortium. The Dentons amended their complaint and named Sam Blount, Inc., as the sole defendant in the action.
