George Tardy appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for relief from judgment based upon a default judgment entered against him. Plaintiff-appellee, Lindberg Chumrley was awarded monetary damages arising from the disputed ownership of a mutual fund, as well as damages from unpaid loans.
