Windell Lane Sexton, a prisoner of the State of Alabama, appeals from the district court's order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Sexton's petition raises numerous challenges, all but one of which we reject without further discussion for reasons articulated in the magistrate judge's report and recommendation as adopted by the district court.
