WARNER, Judge.
This is an appeal of an order of the trial court denying the appellant's motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540(b) to vacate a final summary judgment in favor of the appellee because of excusable neglect of the appellant in not attending the hearing. We agree with the appellant that the court erred in denying the motion, and we reverse.
