The Oklahoma Bar Association brings this disciplinary proceeding against Paul Kessler, a lawyer. The Professional Responsibility Tribunal recommends disbarment. Kessler, after the hearing was held on the first of two pending complaints, filed his resignation. This Court must consider whether Kessler's resignation should be accepted.
