AGID, J.

Ryan Blumenthal appeals his conviction for possession of marijuana. He argues that the District Court should have granted his motion to suppress evidence gathered from a search of his car following a traffic stop because the stop was pretextual. We conclude that the stop was not pretextual because a reasonable officer would have stopped the car under these circumstances and affirm.
