BROWN, Justice.

This is a capital case where the appellant, Albert Lewis Huggins, was convicted of murdering Clark White and sentenced to life imprisonment without parole. Huggins was further convicted of theft of an automobile and sentenced to 20 years imprisonment. On appeal, he argues that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the judgments. We disagree, and we affirm.
