Defendants Charles DiBartolo and Perry Johnson were charged by bill of information with possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine in violation of La.R.S. 40:967(A)(1). Both defendants pled not guilty. The trial court denied the defendants' motions to suppress the evidence. Following a trial by jury both defendants were found guilty as charged.
