The Tobacco Merchants Association ("TMA") appeals a non-final order of the trial court denying TMA's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction. We reverse.

TMA is a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of Delaware whose principal place of business is in New Jersey. It is essentially a "clipping service" which collects information about the tobacco industry from public sources such as newspapers, government agencies and computer...
