LOBRANO, Judge.

Defendants, Kermit Green, Charles Holmes, Steven Taylor and Tremell Condoll, were each charged by grand jury indictment with one count of aggravated kidnapping, a violation of Louisiana Revised Statute 14:44.

All four defendants were arraigned on January 20, 1993 and pled not guilty.

On April 28, 1993, various motion hearings were held. The trial court granted the motion to suppress the physical evidence, which applied to all four defendants...
