OPINION

MIRABAL, Justice.

Appellant Beverly Brand brought suit against appellees, Tom Savage, the City of El Lago and Taylor Lake Village, alleging malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, conversion, assault and battery, and negligence. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of appellees based on provisions of the Texas Tort Claims Act, and this appeal followed.
