Hill, appeal from the dismissal pursuant to C.R.C.P. 12(b)(5) of their claim seeking an order to inspect and copy the shareholder list of defendant Left Hand Ditch Company (Left Hand) and their claim for a penalty against defendant Richard Behrmann, president of Left Hand, for failing to allow such inspection.
