Glenridge Development Company appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) affirming the decision of the State Board of Property Tax Review denying its request for an abatement. Glenridge contends that the Board improperly included in a pro forma statement of its income the interest subsidy paid by a government agency directly to its mortgage lender, and failed to take into consideration the regulations...
