Before the Court is defendant Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc.'s ("Prudential") Motion for an Injunction Against the Arbitration of Certain Claims (Doc. 8), which requires that we determine whether any of plaintiffs' remaining claims are eligible for arbitration.
