Harry Mitchell, Donna Sprague, and Gloria Stevenson (collectively "the trainers") appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Alexander, J.) affirming the decisions of the Maine Harness Racing Commission finding that each of the trainers had violated the Commission's regulations and imposing a $1,000 fine, one year suspension, and one year ban from licensed race facilities against each trainer.
